In some instances, you may encounter an error about invalid date/time formats within i-Clarity. Whilst this issue is being investigated you may find the following work-around helpful.
In Windows, navigate to Settings > Time & Language > Language & region.
Set the values to the following:
- Windows display language – English (United Kingdom)
- Country or region – United Kingdom
- Regional format – English (United Kingdom)
Click the drop-down for Regional format and then click Change formats.
The Long date should be Wednesday, 5 April 2017.
Then go to Settings > Date & Time and make sure the Set the time zone automatically setting is off. This should stop the settings changing when you shut down your computer.
When you have changed the settings, completely close i-Clarity and then log back in and it should work fine.
