To delete a Clinical Record, navigate to Maintenance, Data Clean Up and then 'Delete a Clinical Record'. This will load the following screen.

Search for the date range of the Clinical Record you would like to delete and click 'Search'.

Select the record from the list shown.

Then click 'Delete Clinical Record.
