Update To General Ophthalmic Services Fees for 2025/26
The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) has confirmed the revised schedule of GOS fees for the 2025/26 financial year.
From 6.00pm on Thursday 11 December 2025, any GOS1, GOS5, and the sight test element of GOS6 claims submitted via PCSE Online or through your PMS provider for sight tests dated on or after 1 April 2025, will increase from £23.53 to £24.13.
PCSE is also working to apply this increase retrospectively for any GOS1, GOS5, and the sight test element of GOS6 claims submitted before this date, backdated to 1 April 2025.
