Tuesday 23rd September marked the start of the last 100 days of 2025.  That thought can feel a little daunting… but it can also be incredibly motivating.  By setting yourself a challenge for the final stretch of the year, you can finish strong and set yourself up for success in 2026.    Here’s one idea:  Spend just 30 minutes a day brainstorming and creating patient content.  By the time 2025 ends, you could have a library of content ready to go — enough for 12 newsletters to engage your patients throughout the next year.
