Say Hello to Albot!
To chat with Albot, click on Albot near the very right of your top navigation bar.
This will open the chat window
Type your question in the ‘Ask iClarity Assist’ box
Then click the ‘Ask’ button.
Features of the AI Ask window.
Conversational Mode: If this is ticked then Albot will remember the previous questions and answers in the question, allowing you to ask follow-up questions.
Module Tick Boxes: If any of the module boxes are tick then Albot will reference the patient and their last event in each of the ticked modules. E.g. Last clinical record, last sale.
Three dot menu: Clicking on the 3 dot menu will open up a window which allows you to select more granular fields and historical entries of the patient record for Albot to reference
Response type drop down: By default Albot is set to a quick response, this AI model uses less credits it is therefore cheaper but produces lighter responses. You can change the model used to either Pro or Deep Thinker which uses a more advanced AI model producing better responses however it will use more tokens.
Where else can you use Albot
Along with the chat window, Albot is also available at the bottom of your Ad Hoc SMS and Email window.
Give Albot a brief prompt about what you would like your communication to say and Albot will type up and format your SMS or email, display it on the screen for you to check and edit before you click send.
n.b. When Albot is using his Deep Thinker model he will format emails better, for example making phone number and important info bold
