What do I do if I have forgotten my password (i-Clarity)?

If you have forgotten your password, you will need to ask someone with Maintenance access (e.g. a manager), to change the password for you.

The person with Maintenance access, will need to click on the Maintenance tab at the bottom of the screen.

Use the drop-down menu at the bottom left side of the screen to navigate to the ‘User’ tab.

Search through the box at the top of the screen to find the user you want to change the password for and click on them to highlight them.

Once you have the user selected, input the new password into the ‘New Password’ box at the bottom right of the screen. Then click the ‘Change User’s Password’ box above it to change the password.

A pop-up box will let you know that the password has been changed successfully.

The person who changed the password can now log out and you can log in.
