If you want to transfer the current patient to another branch, click on 'Extras' and then 'Transfer Patient'.

Clicking on this will bring up a pop-up window with a drop-down menu.

Select the branch you want to move the patient record to and click 'OK'.

A record of any branch move is automatically created in the patient's Activity Notes.
