Contacting Support ensures you always have full cover, even when individual team members are unavailable, and allows us to respond as quickly and consistently as possible.
We are enhancing our internal operations and workflows so that support calls are picked up more promptly than emails, enabling us to attend to urgent issues quickly and effectively.
Emails will be attended to quickly, but we are keen to ensure urgent issues which are most commonly reported by phone are attended to first.
Our goal is to provide the same level of reassurance and responsiveness as always— delivered through a stronger, team-based approach rather than relying on a single individual, as we have done in the past.
