In Maintenance, Branch & System and then System Parameters, there is a check box that will stop patients receiving multiple recalls.

If you check this box, when a patient is due for a Contact Lens Check and an Eye Exam on the same day, the Contact Lens recall will be delayed until the next recall run. This is to prevent the patient receiving two separate communications on the same day.
