To be able to book an appointment, a clinic must be set up for the day that you are looking to book the patient in.

i-Clarity Enterprise will not allow you to book a clinic for a user who already has a clinic booked that day but it will allow you to book an AM and a PM clinic separately at the same or different branches.

Adding An Extra Appointment To The Start Or End Of A Clinic

In the appointment diary, click the Menu icon on the clinic you want to add an appointment slot to

Navigate to 'Add Appointment Slot' and either 'Start Of The Day' or 'End Of The Day'.

Whether you are adding an appointment at the start of the day or the end of the day, an Appointment Duration window will open. If the appointment duration shown is the length of appointment you would like, click 'Ok'. If not, change the appointment duration first and then click 'Ok'.

This will add the appointment to the start or end of the day as selected.
