Previously in i-Clarity, there were three layouts of the Appointment Diary - Configuration Mode, Standard Mode and Maximise Clinics. You could also set a default mode for each practice in Maintenance.

In Enterprise, the Appointment Diary View Options are different. When you load the Appointment Diary, the screen will look like this -

You can change the view options by clicking 'Config'. This will bring up the following menu.

Appointment Display Height

This allows you to change the height of each appointment slot. The default height is Size to Fit Screen but you can change it to any of the following options.

Clinic Display/Number Of Clinics To Show

This allows you to select how many clinics you want to be displayed in the Appointment Diary. You may prefer to see one day at a time or you may prefer to see the week ahead.

Font Size

This allows you to select the font size you want to see in the Appointment Diary. This allows you to increase or decrease the font size as preferred.

Once you have selected the settings you prefer, you can select 'Save These Display Settings' or press F6 on your keyboard to save them.
