Go to Maintenance, Patient Information and then Colleges to add the colleges that are local to your practice so that you can add them to Patient Records. i-Clarity will then use this to fill in the NHS form etc.

Fill in the college information into the boxes at the bottom of the page. Once you have filled in all the information click the '+' button.
