Using The i-Clarity Recall Module Phone Lists
To access the Recall Module, click the System Menu and then click 'Recalls. Send Recalls'.
This will open the following screen.
To control what recall communications are displayed change the 'Up To' date on the right side of the screen.
The 'Up To' date corresponds to the communication send date in the patient's Communications screen.
Once you have opened the recall module:
- Check and, if applicable, amend the 'Up To' Date.
- Click 'Reload Recall List' to show a list of all recall types.
- Click 'Comm's Type Filter' and then select the appropriate Communication Type to filter the recalls displayed to a particular recall type.
- Tick the box next to the communications you would like to deal with and click 'Px Lists (Selected)'.
- On the new form, click the printer icon to print this phone list, or click the save button to export it to Excel.
- Close out of the Recall Module.
Use the patient ID numbers on the report to open the patient records. You can then call the patient and advise them that they are due an appointment.
If the patient would like to be seen, then book the patient an appointment.
Patients with booked appointments are removed from the Recall list.
If the patient would not like to be seen for an appointment, click on the 'Comms' button on the Patient Record.
Amend the send date of the communication to a date that the patient would like to be rereminded.
Amend the Stage to the next number in the sequence, e.g. if it says Stage 1 amend it to Stage 2.
Save the changes.
Because this new send date is now in the future compared to your 'up to' date in the Recall module, this patient will be removed from the list in the recall module.
Navigate to the Patient Activity.
Type a note to say that the patient does not want to attend the practice for an appointment now so the recall send date was adjusted.
Repeat this process for every patient on the printout.
