You can allow users to modify college records even if they do not have maintenance access. To enable this, navigate to the 'Misc.' tab in Maintenance and tick the “Allow users to modify college records” checkbox. 

If this is checked then users will be able to modify the details of a college for all patients assigned to that college from a patient’s record.
