If you're getting an error message similar to those above then it's likely that you're PC is set to a different regional format than i-Clarity. Luckily there's an easy fix to this!
1. Move your cursor to the windows search bar, most commonly found at the bottom of your screen. (It sometimes displays as just a magnifying glass)

| Adding your logo to a receipt To add a logo to your receipts, you need to ensure that your logo is in BMP (bitmap) format. The easiest method to convert an image to BMP on windows is by using Microsoft Paint.
Converting your logo to BMP
Open MS Paint
Load your existing image - File > Open
File > Save As > BMP picture
Adding your logo to the printer
Open the utility software for your Epson receipt printer
If you don't have this then you can find the links to download on our downloads page
Select your printer and press OK.
On the left hand menu, click "Storing Logos"
Click Add
Navigate to your BMP picture and select it
If a waring appears about resizing the image, click Okay
